The Times of India only recently announced the Times Food and Nightlife Awards 2010. And none other than the hot and happening couple of the industry - Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor - were guests of honor at the event.

08look1

Kareena looked stunning in a shot dress and Saif looked stunning in his black suit. Being a foodie herself, Kareena admitted that Times Food guide is like a blessing for all foodies. Kareena was busy chatting and meeting friends like Manish Malhotra, Arshad, Dia who congratulated her as her sister Karisma delivered a baby boy on Friday. While Saif was busy listening to stand-up comedian Vir Das, who compered the show and entertained everyone with his witty one liners.

Author Rashmi Uday Singh expressed her feelings about the book, while Saif, Kareena and Managing Director of the Times Group, Mr. Vineet Jain unveiled the new Times Food Guide book.
Also present at the occasion were celebs like Celina Jaitley, dressed in a red strapless outfit and proved to be quite an eye-catcher, Dia Mirza, Arshad Warsi, Zarine Khan of 'Veer' fame...
After having been criticized for her plump look in her debut film, Zarine seems to have taken efforts to lose weight. She told us, "I had to lose weight. I am a foodie but now that I am on diet, I won’t be able to enjoy the delicious, spicy food here.” Said Zarine.
Jacqueline Fernandez looked gorgeous in her green color evening gown, while Sherlyn Chopra was clad in a pastel pink short dress. Minnisha Lamba, accompanied by her mother, was seen chatting throughout the event. Newly married actress Eesha Koppikhar came with hubby Timmy Narang.
The evening was entirely dedicated to food and wine, celebs and chefs. The celebs list included Gulshan Grover, who entered with Charlie Chaplin's granddaughters, Queenie Dhody, Divya Dutta, Irfaan Khan, Kaynaat Arora, Dilip Vengaskar, Anupama Verma, Shewta Agarwal and Showman Subhash Ghai.

Kareena Kapoor refuses to share the stage with Shahid Kapoor

Since the time Kareena Kapoor and Shahid Kapoor parted ways, Boney Kapoor’s project ‘Milenge Milenge’ has been suffering setbacks. First, the film has been out rightly delayed.

 Kareena-Kapoor-and-Shahid-Kapoor

Next, Boney Kapoor’s plans for shooting a promotional video for the film with Shahid and Kareena went berserk as Kareena went on her size-zero spree and the promoters of the film had to give up the idea. The promotional song had already been recorded with Himesh Reshammiya and as per the sources, now this song will be shot on Shahid and a new girl.

The latest headache for the producer has been the fact that Kareena has refused to come together and share the stage with Shahid Kapoor for the promotion of the film. She is ready to promote the film but sans Shahid.

The producers of the film are in a fix with Kareena’s unprofessional attitude. Dear Kareena, linkups or breakups, professional commitments should always come before personal preferences!

Famous Flamboyant Dancers

Say cabaret girls and images of sexy dancers like Helen and Bindu come across our minds. Let's have a look at some of the famous flamboyant dancers of the yesteryear.

1-Gauhar-Khan

Gauhar Khan is the new-age Helen to dance and she is all set to dance on the popular cabaret number 'Piya tu ab to aaja' in Ekta Kapoor's upcoming venture 'Once Upon A Time in Mumbai'. Raju Khan has been brought to do the choreography for what's touted as the most expensive cabaret ever shot in Bollywood.

2-Kareena-Kapoor

The dream of many men, Kareena Kapoor has not just confined herself to be a good actress but also has tremendous oomph and appeal. Kareena Kapoor did a Helen act in the new 'Don' with her rigorous moves. But she could not match up to Helen in any way.

Scarlett isn’t lucky just because she’s starred in many a Woody Allen movie as her breathy, sexy self, or because she nabbed hottie Ryan Reynolds as her husband last year. Nope, this newly-brunette bombshell has what it takes in the fashion world as well.

ScarJo was announced as the new Face of Mango at Santo Mauro Hotel on July 13 in Madrid, Spain, and will be appearing in their ad campaigns.
